💪 One of my favorite things to see this time of year? Our local athletes in the weight room.

Strength training builds stronger, faster, more resilient athletes—but getting stronger is only half the equation.

You also have to move well.

When your spine and joints are moving the way they’re designed to, you train better, recover better, and reduce unnecessary wear and tear on your body.

That’s why I believe strength training and chiropractic care go hand in hand. One builds the body. The other helps it function at its best.

To all of our local athletes putting in the work this offseason… keep showing up. The effort you’re putting in today will pay off when the season starts. 👊
