Since joining Calvert in 2023, Shalaunda has consistently demonstrated dedication, teamwork and a commitment to excellence. Her willingness to step in, support her manager and colleagues, and ensure that work gets done has made her an invaluable member of the Health Information team. As she transitioned into the Medical Records area, Shalaunda embraced new responsibilities with professionalism and a positive attitude. Her flexibility, reliability and ability to assist wherever needed have strengthened the team and supported the important work being done every day. What stands out most is the way Shalaunda exemplifies CalvertHealth’s values through her actions. She leads by example with her teamwork, service mindset and commitment to helping others succeed. Whether assisting with day-to-day operations, taking initiative, or supporting her department during busy times, her contributions do not go unnoticed.
