Just wanted to share an update on my Hume band. I was pleasantly surprised when I did an Inbody scan at the conference that my body composition was pretty consistent with my Hume Band. Recently though, I 've had an issue with it pairing to Bluetooth to gather data. I've emailed the company. I'll see how good their customer service really is.

I've wanted an Oura Ring to track heart rate variability and sleep quality for a while, but after trying my husband and daughter's ring on, I wasn't sure if I'd get used to the size of it. I decided to get Hume Band. I'll report back on my experience. It takes some time to "get to know you".
