We want to bid a farewell to our amazing RBT Arpita. We wish her luck in her next career path and are so proud of her for accomplishing her goals and working towards further growth. She is going to be such an amazing educator as she has been an RBT for Little Spero. Arpita has been here for a year and a half and her contributions to the team and her clients are unmatched. Arpita has the rare special ability to calm and help regulate her clients just by her presence. We are really going to miss having here with us everyday , seeing her laugh, laughing because of her, and learning from her. Arpita we adore you and thank you for all youve done !

We are excited to announce the first of our monthly Parent education Series!!! Please come connect with our CCO and BCBAs , and hear a different topic every month. Our first will be held on Monday, July 20th at 6pm at our Princeton center. The first topic will be about Autism diagnosis and discussing developmental and emotional milestones! At our ABA Therapy Center, we know how much our team loves their furry family members. So we created a special "Missing Pets" Wall where staff can share photos of the pets they miss while helping our amazing kiddos every day.

Another monthly all staff meeting led by our operations manager Taylor and our BCBA Maggie!! We love this time we get to come together, learn new skills, share new policies, and give our RBTs a chance to have a voice and improve our centers. Not only do we love the work they do, but also the ownership and pride they take in Little Spero being a great place to work and having the best ABA team in Texas !
