Another monthly all staff meeting led by our operations manager Taylor and our BCBA Maggie!! We love this time we get to come together, learn new skills, share new policies, and give our RBTs a chance to have a voice and improve our centers. Little Spero came alive with vibrant colors, laughter, and great team spirit as we celebrated the festival of Holi together. It was a wonderful reminder that beyond deadlines and meetings, it's the shared moments and cultural celebrations that truly bring a team closer.
