Being a mama is hard.
From the moment you fall in love with that little bitty life growing inside you, and through every crawl, walk, run, skip, leap and fly from that point forward, it’s hard, but it’s worth it. Sooooo worth it.
I was a single mom, with two precious girls, and from the time they were young, with chronic ear infections that led to ‘tubes’ as our starting point, we spent lots of time sitting in waiting rooms and stocking the frig with jugs of sticky pink antibiotic gunk, and it always felt like a vicious circle.
And one day, someone suggested that my dogs (yep, I said dogs) might be healthier if I fed them healthier food and some natural supplements. That was the start of the ‘light bulb’ for me, and when essential oils found their way into the ‘healthier plan’ for the dogs, the light bulb brightened even more and I realized that maybe I could help my kids be healthier too, heck, maybe I could even feel better!
That was in 2001, and now our picture is sooooo very, very different – we have lots and lots of healthy, natural tools up our sleeves. 😊
My girls have grown up and have families of their own (they’ve made me a grandma to 8 ‘naturally raised’ grandkids!), and essential oils still hold the title of ‘tool of choice’ to help us be as physically, emotionally, and intellectually healthy as possible.
Freely I received, and so freely I give.
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve researched and researched and researched (I’m kind of a geek that way), and I’ve been honored to answer 100’s of questions and help handfuls of mama’s understand some simple ways to keep their kiddos (and themselves and their hubbies too!) healthier and happier, naturally.
About a year ago, God put it on my heart to share what I’ve learned with more mamas, in the midst of this scary world, as the ‘bugs’ around us become more vicious, as growing up has become more challenging and infinitely more stressful, and as our modern medical system is stressed to the max, and in many cases failing completely.
He reminded me that freely I received, and freely I could give.
And so, I’ve started to put some of my knowledge together on a website, and I’ve recorded some of that info and called it ‘Essential Oils for Healthier, Happier Families’ – and it’s out on the website too.

What the website is, is simply a place for you to start your learning.
What it’s not is this… It’s not a sales pitch or a ‘trade me your email for my knowledge’ or anything of the sort.
It’s just free information, plain and simple. Because Jesus reminded me that’s it’s beautiful to freely give.
