🌿 Embody Wellness 🌿

This has been my tagline since 2013 when I became a self employed LMT. I chose to keep it when I opened Vessel because its meaning to me is what I love about massage the most.

I have spent my career not just wanting to help clients relax — but to still your mind, come back into your body, and live well from the inside out.

My intention is to be someone who lives in alignment with what my body and life needs. Instead of wellness being another thing to check off the list, I want to embody it with how I exist and inspire others to do the same.

I have loved creating a space that allows the mind and body to rest. Auto pilot can turn off and mental space opens up to remember how to show up in your most authentic way.

I have 100s of ways to embody wellness and I just want to say Thank You to everyone who has allowed me to be a part of their own health journey. 🫶🏼
