Here's my fitness class schedule for April. Plus, some great news! The Lyon County Library in Eddyville has extended our Qigong class. This will allow us to really allow us to become comfortable with the healing movements and explore other styles of qigong. So be sure to join us every Friday 10-10:30 am.

Here's my March schedule of fitness classes! I'm really excited to be adding a FREE Qigong class in Eddyville, KY on Fridays from 10-10:30 am. It's hosted by the Lyon County Library and only runs through March and April. Feel free to reach out to me with any qustions.
