C-sections are not failures❤️🩹
They are simply another way a child enters this world.
I often share about unmedicated, physiologic birth—but the reality is that in the U.S., many women choose medicated births, and many births unfold in ways we didn’t plan. Some end in cesarean delivery.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
My goal has never been to promote one “right” way to give birth.
It is to educate women, empower them to use their voice, and support informed decision-making—no matter what the birth outcome is.
And just as important as how birth happens is what comes after.
C-section moms deserve support not only to heal physically, but to regain strength, reconnect with their bodies, and process any trauma they may have experienced during childbirth. Healing can be a way of reclaiming your body as your own again.
Your birth mattered.
Your body is strong.
And you deserve care that honors your whole story. 🤍
