We loved having Dr. Rehan Yazdani stop by Viva Senior Living at Princeton—and he brought along the cutest assistant ever, his daughter Sabrina! 💙

We are so excited about our growing partnership with Dr. Yazdani, who will be helping care for and see residents right here in our community. Having trusted healthcare partners who share our commitment to compassionate, personalized care is such an important part of what we are building at Viva Senior Living at Princeton.

It was wonderful having him come out, meet more of our growing team, tour the community, and continue strengthening this partnership as we get closer to welcoming our residents.

🎲 Viva Senior Living at Princeton had such a wonderful time at the 2026 Farmersville Chamber Casino Night! 🎰✨

It was a fantastic evening filled with great food, music, games, laughter, and so much fun. We loved spending time with local businesses, community leaders, and friends while supporting Farmersville Chamber of Commerce and helping raise money for such a great cause. ❤️

WISKERS AND WAGS WEDNESDAY AT VIVA SENIOR LIVING🐶

We know that pets are more than just animals — they’re family. That’s why Viva Senior Living at Princeton welcomes residents to have a beloved pet living with them in their apartment, with prior management approval.

To help keep our community safe, comfortable, and happy for everyone, we ask that:
🐾 Pets have current vaccinations and regular veterinary care
🐾 Pets have a friendly, approachable temperament
🐾 Pets are supervised and leashed, held, or safely secured in a carrier in common areas and outdoors
🐾 Residents or their family representatives provide all care, including food, grooming, walks, veterinary visits, and cleanup
🐾 Vaccination records are maintained and available when requested
