Appreciation time! These two beautiful gals keep Carriage Place running.💙
Alexus (on the left) is our Resident Care Coordinator. She is one of the first people our new residents and their families meet. She is a devoted and caring individual who has been at Carriage for 12 years. She spends so much of her time spending individual time with our residents to get to know everything about them. How they like their hair, the way they take their showers, snacks, mannerisms, and even down to the history of their lives. While simultaneously caring about our staff and encouraging them every day.
Charli (on the right) is our Office Manager. She has been with Carriage for 4 years. Charli spends time taking our families around the facility showing them everything and introducing them to the staff. You’ll always see her on the phone getting things straightened out with anyone and everyone. Effortlessly organizing and keeping things in line. She stocks our rooms, communicates every need with staff and shows up every day ready to work. Her dedication to our residents is amazing too. She started off care giving before she moved up in position. She knows all the ins and outs of the building.
Without these two ladies Carriage wouldn’t be the same! We bought them flowers to show some appreciation for everything they do for all of us and our residents. Caring for our residents, picking up extra shifts, training people, taking residents to appointments and being there for everyone. Thank you ladies for being who you are and for keeping up the good work! You don’t go unnoticed. 🦋💙
