Let’s talk 🐝 Pollen.

Potassium is the principal mineral element found in high concentrations in bee pollen! Phosphorous , magnesium, calcium, are also present and these are elements known for their crucial role in bone tissue formation by maintaining the proper osmotic pressure of blood as well as cellular fluids. Iron, zinc, copper, manganese, these are micronutrients present in large quantities in bee pollen. ✨🐝🧋🥛

This latté is a source of many nutritious elements:
+ cream has retinol, Vit D, calcium
+ all the elements in the bee pollen
+ all the nutrients in honey, it’s a nutraceutical!
+ cardamom is an antioxidant and rich in manganese
+ coffee is a rich source of antioxidants (polyphenols) and essential nutrients like potassium and magnesium, offering significant health benefits!

And I can’t help but notice the counter the coffee is sitting on; it’s copper! Bee pollen is a rich, natural source of trace elements, with copper being essential for human nutrition alongside iron and zinc found in the pollen. Need a Sunday ritual to jumpstart your week?

It truly is possible to reset your nervous system by taking a bath! ✨

Let me tell you how:

- First, you need time.
- Second, gather the following:
✨ Epsom Salts
✨ 20 Mule team Borax
✨ Baking Soda
✨ Essential Oils, Lavendar by is my go-to
✨ A votive
✨ Soft Music

To bath add:

- 2 Cups of Epsom Salts
- Start with 1/4 Borax (slowly work up to 1cup)
- 1/4 - 2 Cups of Baking Soda
- Several drops of EO of choice.

Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes!

Epsom Salts provide magnesium, calming the nervous system and relaxing your body.

Borax provides Boron, necessary for creating balance of hormones on several fronts.

Baking Soda relaxes sore muscles, softens skin, eases fungal infections and relieves skin irritation.

Lavender EO, has been clinically proven to calm the nervous system and relax the mind.

Avoid screens while soaking, read, rest, and relax.
