Your Mind and Body Work Together

Many women are told, "It's just stress," or "It's just hormones."

The truth is that hormones, nutrition, sleep, nervous system regulation, trauma, relationships, and emotional health all influence one another.

Therapy can help you understand what's happening—not just emotionally, but as a whole person.

Together we'll work toward:

• Greater emotional balance

• Healthier relationships

• Understanding the connection between hormones, nutrition, and mental health

• Using food as fuel instead of guilt

• Building resilience through life's transitions

• Reconnecting with the woman you want to become

Whole-Person Therapy for Women

I integrate evidence-based counseling with an understanding of women's health, nutrition, nervous system regulation, trauma, and the emotional impact of life's changing seasons.

You deserve care that looks beyond symptoms and sees the whole picture.

Therapy Isn't About "Fixing" You.

It's about giving you practical tools, a confidential place to think clearly, and support as you navigate life's challenges.

• Build resilience and emotional strength

• Work through anxiety, depression, and anger

You don’t have to collapse your entire world to deserve support.
So many people come to therapy only after they’ve reached the edge — after burnout, after heartbreak, after the panic attacks they’ve tried to “push through” for months.

But therapy isn’t just a place for emergencies.
It’s also a place for maintenance, clarity, prevention, growth, and remembering who you are when life gets loud.

I often tell my clients:
“You are allowed to take yourself seriously before things fall apart.”

In our work together, we are not simply putting out emotional fires.
We are learning the language of your nervous system.
We are undoing old stories that no longer fit.
We are practicing boundaries that protect the version of you you’re becoming.
We are making space for joy without guilt.
We are learning how to feel safe in your own life again.

If you’re reading this and something inside you whispers, “I think I might need this…” — listen gently.
You don’t need a crisis to start healing.
You just need a moment of honesty with yourself.

Your future self will thank you for the care you choose today.
If you're ready, I'm here.

Hi everyone, please help us reconnect with the public:

To invite friends to like a business page, go to the page as your personal profile, find the "Invite friends" option (usually under a three-dot menu), select the friends you want to invite, and then click "Send Invites". It's important to do this from your personal account, not from the business page itself.
