I am looking forward to tonight's Holiday Sound Meditation! If you have never experienced a sound meditation, join us! Tonight we will be focusing on destressing during the holiday. I will also be walking through a healing touch sequence that can be helpful in the weeks to come as each of us experiences the holiday season.
