Did you know that what’s on your plate can impact what you see? Healthy foods like leafy greens, colorful fruits, nuts, and fish rich in omega-3s support long-term eye health and can help protect your vision as you age.

Your eyes deserve the same care as the rest of your body, so fuel them with the right nutrition and don’t forget to schedule regular eye exams.

Talk to your eye doctor to learn more about how diet and eye health go hand in hand.
