💜 What an absolutely FANTASTIC week! 💜

Florida, continuing education, and adventures with my bestie Mary! 🌴☀️🥰 What more could a girl ask for?!

One thing I've always believed is that if you're not growing for yourself, you should be growing for your clients! 💜

One of my favorite parts about traveling for continuing education is meeting so many different therapists, hearing their stories, sharing experiences, and being reminded of my own "WHY." Why I started, why I fell in love with this career, and why I continue to push myself to learn more.

And can we talk about how funny life is sometimes?! 😂 The very bestie I'm sharing this Florida adventure with is the same woman who spent FIVE YEARS poking at me to take my first Ashiatsu class! FIVE YEARS, Mary!! 🤣 I finally gave in, and here I am, taking my SECOND Ashiatsu class in less than a year! 🤯

Every class, every connection, and every new technique reminds me just how much I love what I do. I love discovering new tools and creative ways to bring healing to the table. Not just to give a great massage, but to build relationships, create trust, and help my clients feel truly cared for.

After all these years, I'm still learning, still growing, and still falling in love with what I do! 🥹💜

I cannot WAIT to bring everything I've learned back to my table and share it with all of YOU!

Anytime Fitness East End is spending an entire week Lifting for a Cure, supporting Multiple Sclerosis awareness and Team Molo! 🤯
MS can affect movement, strength, energy, balance, and so many parts of everyday life. Its impact reaches beyond those living with MS to their families, friends, and support systems. This event is a chance for our community to come together, raise awareness, raise funds, and make a difference. There will also be a silent auction, where you’ll have a chance to bid while supporting the cause!

🎖️ 23rd Veteran Winter Gala | November 12
This one is especially close to my heart. The 3rd Annual 23rd Veteran Winter Gala at the Greysolon Ballroom brings our community together to honor veterans, first responders, public safety professionals, and those who support their healing. The evening includes dinner, silent and live auctions, and powerful stories from 23V RECON graduates and their families. I’m incredibly proud to contribute to an organization doing such important work around mental health, connection, and healing.

Alright you beautiful souls, here is the schedule for the last few months of the year! Check your schedule and find a spot that works for you! Come once, come a few time or come ALL the times! 🥰

What the heck is a sound bath anyway? 🤔

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments to wash over you. 💜

The sounds and vibrations can help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, release stress and tension, encourage deeper rest, and bring you back into balance. 😊

There’s nothing you need to "do" and no experience is needed. Just come as you are, get cozy, close your eyes, breathe, and receive. ✨

Sometimes your body just needs permission to be still. 🫶🏼

My son is so silly, massaging his shoulders during a movie, he gives out a big gasp of relief and says "Awe yea, I feel the relief! Its so great having a massage therapist for a mom!" 😉😅🥰
