I am home from what can only be described as an out of body experience, filled with so much graditude and excitement I could burst! 🤗

The grad party was such an amazing success! 🥳

They kidoes were so sweet and respectful. The way they would talk to eachother and supported one another made my momma heart so proud and they arent even mine!! 💚 Proctor Rails parents 👏

Getting to show them the WHY you get massage therapy, kicking those nasty knots out in the shoulders from swimming or low back pain from lifting babies at their job in a day care. "You dont know till you know!" One young man said after he commented hes never had massage before. 👌

Then the sound bath was of course magical as always! ✨️
1️⃣7️⃣ young humans curious to know what the heck a sound bath was, came together to experience the calm that the whole room vibrating brings! 🥰
It was short but impactful. A few of them came up after to ask questions and understand more about the instruments 😍
The knowledge that I do sound baths every Sundays created some excitement as well 🥹

I feel honored and gushing with Graditude for the opportunity to bring self care tip to these young minds. They LOVED a coupon for $20 off when they come to my office (because who doesn't like a discount? 😉) Telling them they can youtube sound baths got some eye perks. Acknowledging life can get chaotic, BUT taking a pause for your mental health and self care is important! Magical 🥹 Thank you for inviting me to the lock in! I hope to make this a regular event 🙏
