💙💛 October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month 💙💛

For us, Down syndrome isn’t just a diagnosis or a month on the calendar. It’s where our journey began.

Our son’s story opened our eyes to a world we didn’t know enough about — a world filled with incredible families who were searching for answers, resources, support, and simply someone who understood.

We quickly realized how overwhelming it can be to navigate life with a disability. Finding the right resources, services, activities, support, and opportunities shouldn’t have to feel like a full-time job.

That’s why Bridge of Abilities was born. ❤️

What started with our own family’s journey has grown into a mission to help other families find the resources and connections they need — and to remind every family that you are not alone.

This month, we celebrate individuals with Down syndrome, the families who love them, the people who advocate for them, and the communities working to create a more inclusive world.

Our journey began with one incredible boy… and his story continues to inspire everything we do. 💙💛

Here’s to celebrating abilities, embracing differences, and building bridges together.
