💙 Teen Yoga Trapeze Summer Camp: Fly & Find Your Flow 🧡

Daily Sessions for Two Age Groups:
Ages 11 - 14 | 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Ages 15 - 18 | 3pm - 5pm

HOW MUCH ⤵️

WHAT ⤵️
This 3-day Yoga Trapeze Teen Summer Camp is designed to help teens feel strong, supported, and confident - in the air and in themselves!

Each day includes yoga trapeze instruction, strength-building, creative reflection, and fun connection-based activities in a safe, playful encouraging environment.

Hosted at Free Spirit Wellness Collaboration with Certified Yoga Trapeze Instructor & Mindfulness Guide, Megan Tyler .megty

Camp Overview includes:

✅ 3 immersive yoga trapeze sessions

✅ Hands-on guidance and small-group instruction

✅ Use of all yoga trapeze equipment and props

✅ Group reflection & intention-setting exercises

✅ All materials for mindful art reflection activities

This Saturday’s class (5/16) Trapeze Yoga (Level 2) has had a change to its start time ➡️ 8AM ⬅️

A reminder to get signed up in advance online via our scheduling system at least 8 hours before our classes start as we operate with small class numbers and signing up in advance helps us with knowing if the class is viable/when to have to cancel, thank you for understanding!
