I am a client centered therapist who uses an integrative approach. I pull from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, DBT Skills, and Attachment Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to best support you. The National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP) cites EMDR as an evidence-based practice for treatment of PTSD, anxiety and depression symptoms. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, panic disorder, performance anxiety or chronic low self-esteem. You may also be struggling with insecurities and confidence issues or life transitions that feel too overwhelming. Traditional mental health therapy and EMDR may be beneficial if you have experienced any of these challenges.
