Grown Up & Me: Intro to Kids Yoga 💫

A playful two-part series for children ages 4–9 + their grown-up!

📅 Dates:
Tuesday, Aug 19 & Thursday, Aug 21
🕒 3:45–4:45 PM

Led by classroom educator + certified kids yoga teacher Bonnie Calderón, this special series is designed to spark creativity, mindfulness, and fun.

Your child will explore:
🌈 Imaginative breathwork
🌟 Creative yoga flows
📖 Stories, games & movement activities

💸 $60 per child (includes both sessions + take-home materials)

It’s been a magical week at Wonderland 🌈✨

We kicked things off by celebrating 100 Classes with —a radiant soul who’s been with us since day one. Lynn’s presence has been instrumental in weaving the vibrant energy that defines our community. Her commitment, kindness, and light are felt in every corner of the studio, and we’re so lucky to have her.

We also had the joy of dreaming big with Shannah from , envisioning ways to bring our yoga families together into a larger fellowship rooted in community, connection, and shared growth. Exciting collaborations are already in the works—stay tuned!

And, of course, we’re thrilled to celebrate ’s birthday! 🎉 Shireena embodies the heart and soul of this Southcoast yoga family, pouring her love and energy into every class and interaction. Join us this Thursday to celebrate her and make sure to wish her the happiest of birthdays!

Here’s to a week of milestones, new possibilities, and endless gratitude for the people who make this community what it is. Let’s keep building this beautiful journey together. ✨💖
