Screaming, crying, throwing up. Words cannot describe how excited I am to be (FINALLY) bringing this deck to the world.

A negative cognition deck, for EMDR clinicians, designed by an EMDR clinician. This deck is designed to make conceptualization collaborative, and bring tangible tools to the room that make beginning more accessible.

I feel like this one needs a loooot of caveats. A short video isn’t going to be able to go through the nuances of autistic burnout, existing in capitalism and working in the helping profession, intersectional privilege, and so much more.

This is just one exercise that has helps me in the context of being a neurodivergent clinician operating multiple companies, enjoying hobbies, and building a life that is sustainable long term.

What are some of your warning signs? What checks and balances do you have in place?
