This morning, members of the ME Psychotherapy team had the opportunity to volunteer at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank! 💚

Together, we packaged 5 pallets of food totaling 4,500 pounds, helping provide food boxes to more than 150 seniors in need across Rhode Island.

Giving back to our community is incredibly meaningful to us. Our mission of helping others extends beyond the walls of our practice, and we’re grateful for opportunities like this to come together as a team and make a positive impact in the community we serve. 🤝💚

Intention Fest is a family-friendly event designed to celebrate well-being, creativity, and community in a serene outdoor setting. There will be many provider vendors ranging from wellness, creative arts, nutrition, mental, and physical health. It offers mini healing sessions, yoga, sound bath, meditation, live acoustic music, and activities for kids, inviting attendees to connect with nature, relax, and restore balance 🌿✨
