At STUDIO138 in Baltimore

Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of New Wave, Dark Wave + Post-Punk! Come practice yoga and meet your like-minded goth yoga community!

This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class held at Studio 138 in Baltimore ! We’ll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Boy Harsher and more! It will start slow and build. Expect to move, stretch and surrender into a savasana.

Expect a class that starts slow, builds heat, and ends with a meditative savasana. After class, the fun doesn’t stop. Grab your included drink and chat with other elder emos from around the DMV.

Join Crystal of Health Goth Yoga & Fitness for an hour of all levels yoga class to the sounds of goth bands like Bauhaus, Boy Harsher and Twin Tribes. Expect a class that begins gently, builds some heat, and ends with a meditative savasana. Then stay to drink a cocktail/mocktail (or two!) and hang out with other local yoga misfits!

Price includes 1 signature cocktail (mocktail) + tip and goth class
