We think the studio may be haunted. They seem friendly though. Happy Spooktober, PPY! 👻

10/19/2026

One thing we can say with confidence is that the content of any class you take at PPY is going to have the highest standard of quality.

We pride ourselves on being a space for movement, yes, but mindful education and awareness, too. Our teachers, from our newest to our most senior, take an immense amount of pride in what they offer. We are, first and foremost, students in our own practices. Our eagerness to continue learning as students helps define, and frame, our offerings as teachers.

We invite you to join any class and experience the knowledge this studio has to share with you, no matter where you are in your movement journey. All are welcome, and we’d love to share our passion with you! Get started at the link in our bio 💜

We’re reimagining the 30-day challenge!

Starting October 15th (this Thursday!) we’re playing Chutes and Ladders — swipe to the end to read the rules. Grab your game board and claim a spot on the leaderboard if you’re ready to revisit childhood and play!

** You do not have to take one class per day. Take as many classes as your schedule allows over the course of the month. Each practice is a chance to roll the dice!

Tomorrow she is subbing her first class with us, and we’d love it if you came to show her the PPY love. Class is free, and pre-registration is strongly recommended. Sign up now via the PPY or Mindbody app!

When we first start practicing, it’s the physical nature of yoga that gets most of us to the mat. Over time, practicing teaches that yoga, beyond the physical asana, shows up in our daily lives more than we might realize. How have you taken your practice out into the world with you lately? 🤔 Share in the comments!
