True healing occurs when you are aware of and connected to your emotions and you can experience them safely in the presence of self and others. This can be a new and scary experience and takes courage, trust and a willingness to shift ingrained patterns. Our role is to create an accepting, compassionate, and trusting environment in which you feel supported through your recovery process so you can

begin to connect with your authentic self and empower a positive change in maladaptive behaviors. Our emotional, relational and eating patterns are all intertwined. Nourishing ourselves means taking care of our emotional, social and physical needs. Here at Be, we are dedicated to support all of these parts of you. Through an individualized transdisciplinary approach we gently challenge you beyond your comfort zone and help nourish you fully. Beginning treatment is not easy and takes a lot of strength and courage. Here at Be we guarantee treatment that is productive, encouraging, and comprehensive. We are dedicated to ensuring you feel equipped and supported to confidently take on real life experiences. Whether it's practicing certain challenging tasks (i.e. meal supports, clothes shopping, grocery shopping, cooking, eating out, etc.) or experimenting with ways of connecting with loved ones, we're here to see you through all aspects of the recovery process.
