Usually I'm off on Sundays but this Sunday I had a very big client I couldn't say no. Their were very big knots to work out in this hard foot. 🤣
If you have not had a chance to see Erik Rock or Greta Granit in person, enjoy this reel. I highly recommend seeing in person. Greta's hair is wild, love how it looks like a hair tie is holding her hair together. Go to Ninigret Park and enjoy the outdoors with beautiful Trolls.

I would like to say thank you to all the Teachers out there. You all do so much to mold the minds and care for them in a way only a teacher can. I don't think you hear it enough. You are amazing & thank you for all your hard work!

& were able to give Chair Massage to some of these special teachers. Let me tell you a 10 minute chair massage can make a difference! They all left feeling lighter, less stressed & so appreciated! ❤️🙏

Finished teaching another Usui Reiki I class this past Saturday. Remembered to take pictures of my book recommendations. I always have some specific to Reiki & Crystals but I have others that help deepen your knowledge and perspective on spirituality, society and support positive mental health as well.

I had 2 different decks of cards to pull from for class. Chakra Affirmation & Crystal Love deck. Everyone pulled their cards and it was wild how some of it matched their Attunement. Very spot on for each individual.

Now my students must complete their 21 Day Attunement as the energy flows through them. Mind you, I'm also teaching a Reiki III Master Class, where we focus on one Chakra for a full week. These are exciting times and my students & I are doing the work.

New Moon was Friday April 17th 🌚
The Moon, Sun, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Neptune & Chiron all in Aries ♈️
I feel all of it this week past week has been a lot, good & bad moments. All things we might have lessons to learn from and growth to make.
Take time for yourself to recharge, rest and let us continue to upping our vibration. Let's continue the work on ourselves and heal from past traumas. Let us continue to show more love to others and ourselves.

I often talk about things like this with my clients when they are here in the space with me but I never thought to share it online with you all. I am not an expert in astrology but I do research and have lots of friends who know all about astrology. It can help us know that we are not crazy, and allow to take a breathe a pause and step back to see the bigger picture. I hope this helps you today. 🌈🙏

After a full week not massaging, I was called to take out my chair. My husband rarely asks for a massage, but since I have not been to my office in a week this is the best I can do.
Tiverton got 43" of snow from the blizzard. We shoveled for several days straight. I rested for one day, so you best believe he will work on me too. However, I have the Hypersphere to help him help me out. Let the trade begin.....

Second Blizzard of 2026
Total Alleviation will be closed Monday. My daughter's school is closed and finally a true snow day with no distance learning. This has not happened since 2020 when the world ended. This little girl of mine could not be happier to have a actual snow day. It's suppose to be perfect snow for building a snowman ⛄️

Reminder to take it slow, take lots of breaks and ask for help if you need it. Let us help our neighbors who might need it and even if they don't. Let us still help each other out. As kindness & love is the best way to spread world peace.... even if it's only in our neighborhood that's how we start a "snow ball" effect. One act of kindness at a time.

✨️Practice a new skill or refresh an old one. Whether it's working on an Energy Ball, Seed/ Chanting Sounds, Spiritual Elevator or more. Let's practice
✨️We are able to give and receive mini Reiki session. As it is very important to recharge ourselves as Reiki Practioners.
✨️ I like to have discussions of other things Reiki might do for us. Even things that we see differently. Some people connect movies, books, now with social media content too. Let's chat all things weird and see where it takes us. 🧙‍♀️ 👽👾🌌

Interested in setting up your own altar space. Here is some helpful tips:
✨️ Find an area that you can leave set up overnight, for days or weeks etc.
🔮 Add some crystals. *Having one with a point up to the ceiling helps direct energy up to the Divine (Universe, God, Angel's, whatever you feel comfortable saying.)
🌿 Some Sage, or Palo Santo, maybe even some Incense. *Use to recharge crystals, cleanse space & self too.
🪴 I have some plants to bring and earthy touch (even if they are fake it works as it's all in your intent)

How to use altar space
🧿 You may set up a crystal grid with a intention. Or maybe you like to sit infront of space and try some meditation, even if your talking aloud as quite meditation takes practice. Or maybe you just like to look over at space and then go about your day. Whatever it is make it yours and enjoy! 🧘‍♀️🌈💖
