Parents are seeing more information about vitamin K online, but not all of it is accurate. In a recent NBC 10 WJAR feature, Dr. Jill Maron, Pediatrician-in-Chief at Women & Infants Hospital, explained why the routine vitamin K shot given shortly after birth is so important.
