Since the earliest days of the AIDS crisis in Provincetown, AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod has never stopped showing up.

This year's introduction of The Ecology of Care, feels more fitting than ever. We're celebrating energy and inclusiveness, bringing folks together from across the country and beyond. Swim for Life 2026 embraces the interdependence of health care, community service and the arts, welcoming new beneficiaries across theater, the environment and diverse populations.

At the heart of it all, ASGCC provides care to over 400 clients living with HIV, has trained thousands in Narcan use, and has helped save more than 2,000 lives across the Cape and Islands. Their commitment to prevention, harm reduction and health equity is as vital today as it has ever been. We are proud to call them a Swim for Life beneficiary and honored to swim in their honor every year.

Today is World Hepatitis Day, a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and make hepatitis testing part of your routine health care.

At ASGCC, we offer FREE, confidential sexual health testing, including Hepatitis C, HIV, and other STIs. We also provide FREE harm reduction services, including FREE NARCAN (naloxone), fentanyl test strips and other drug checking tools, and overdose prevention education.

Whether you have questions, want to get tested, or just want to stop by to learn more, we're here. Visit us at one of our locations.
