I know we’re supposed to make goals that are specific and measurable and all of that. But we sometimes undermine our own progress by getting neurochemjcally rewarded for making zero progress. A few tweaks could really improve outcomes. Share this with someone who needs help with progress toward goals.

just a reminder that every part of our life journey is the path itself. we spent so much of our time trying to avoid things or prevent problems. So much of which we have no control over. if you interpret every part of your life, including the suffering, as the pathway you’re taking to wherever you’re going, it changes how you experience the suffering.
