Church services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the Provo 10th Ward Chapel, 1625 South Slate Canyon Drive, Provo, Utah. A viewing will be held from 9:00-9:30 a.m. followed by Family Services from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the Church Service.
Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27 at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, Bluffdale, Utah.
