Happy Father’s Day to the OG “Dr T”, my dad! ❤️

When I graduated from chiropractic school, I had the privilege of having my dad present to me my diploma. I also got to spend the first 4 years of my career working with him. We drove to work together, we brainstormed together, and we grew together. He always told me if the opportunity comes to do something great, don’t be afraid to go after it.

Much of the success at Provo Peak Chiropractic comes because of the things I’ve learned from him: serve first, keep things simple, and prioritize family. Happy Father’s Day!

It feels good to serve with others! 🫶🏼 Such a fun day running, seeing familiar faces, and being in the mountains. ⛰️ I paced the 1:40 group at the Timp Half this morning (1:38:56) and made some new friends along the way. Ah yes, the joys of marathon finish line pictures! But guess what…It’s summer! ☀️ And racing and running season is in full swing! I’ve had a lot of runners come into the office over the last several weeks, many with similar aches and pains.

(Here’s a picture of me crossing the finish line after running my 3rd BQ time right before the medics scooped me up)

Fun fact: over 80% of the friends who come in have symptoms somewhere besides just their spine. 💪🏼🦵🏼🦶🏼

This week has been one to remember! I spin many plates right now, but it’s been so rewarding to do things and be appreciated and celebrate with so many people.

As the head rec track coach for the city of Salem, I hosted a track meet Monday night for 300+ kids.

I also volunteered to be a host for Provo Bike to Work Day Thursday, which meant I was making pancakes for the bikers outside my office for 2 hours.

The high school state track championships were Thursday and today, and we had 30 kids competing. In that process, we had 12 podium finishes, 3 state champions and many school records broken. Our girls team came in 2nd in the state! and our combined team score landed us 7th in Class 5A.

In the office, this week I had 8 new patients + all my other existing visits.

And today, I was invited to present in a chiropractic continuing education event. I spoke for about 30 minutes about marketing and chiropractic philosophy.

And now school is ending, and this wild phase of my life is closing. I’m excited for this summer and to have a full summer of treating patients without having to juggle quite as much. Plus more flexibility with spending time with my own kids + a full summer XC training with my high school kids!

I am out of the office today and coaching at a track meet, which means April has come to a close! From January to April, Provo Peak Chiropractic has grown every month. I’m grateful for all of you and your support, both in the office and outside of the office.

One reason I opened up on my own was to have the freedom to help people in ways I couldn’t before. In the office I can spend more time with patients with more thorough and personal care; outside of the office I work with over 175 track athletes in elementary, junior high and high school. I had the realization this week that the dream I had 8 years ago: work as a coach and a chiropractor, is very much what I’m living right now. 🫶🏼

A few years ago, I learned success in business comes with giving more than you receive.

When I opened Provo Peak Chiropractic, I knew that mindset had to be part of the foundation.

Not just in the care,
but in how we show up for people beyond the treatment.

This is our first service project of 2026.

👉🏼Project 100.

I see a lot of moms from all backgrounds and stages in the office.

I see their joys, their happiness, and their love.
I also see their worries, their struggles, and their stressors.

The ones figuring it out.
The ones carrying more than most people see.

And how sometimes…
when they put on a mask of bravery, what they need most is a hug of encouragement.

So this month, we’re collecting 100 messages of encouragement for moms in our community.

Simple. Real. Heartfelt.
