It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our social media star and sunshine resident, L.W.

He has been a beacon of joy and hope at Heartland, welcoming every new resident and visitor with the same excitement and smile on his face.

L.W. made Heartland the home that it is, decorating the walls with his drawings, dancing in the kitchen, and tending to the garden outside.

We will always love L.W. and forever cherish his family as a part of Heartland. And to you all- we thank you all for sharing the joy with him online, as he loved doing the one thing that meant the most to him- making everyone smile. ❤️
