Did you have a baby this ☀️ summer? October 🍂 will be the perfect time to take my popular Starting Solids and Infant Safety Workshop! 👩‍🏫
In this workshop we cover the basics to get you ready to start solids with your baby - from setting up a safe environment, to reviewing the basic anatomy that helps support how babies learn the skill of eating. We also go over CPR and Choking Rescue for Infants and Children. You will leave prepared and confident to begin this exciting journey with your baby!
This workshop includes a 35-page eBook and the Virtual workshop also comes with 30 days of access to the recording.
The cost is $35 per couple.

💤 My VIRTUAL 👩‍💻 Baby Sleep Tips Workshop will cover some basic principles regarding your baby's sleep environment, sleep schedule, and sleep props. You will get workable adjustments that you can try right away! This workshop includes a 22-page eBook that is yours to keep as well as 30-days of access to the recording.
🛟 I am offering both an in-person 👩‍🏫 and VIRTUAL 👩‍💻 option of my CPR Workshop. You never know when an emergency will happen, but you can prepare yourself to maintain a calm and confident state of mind no matter what occurs. In this workshop we will cover CPR, Choking Rescue and AED principles for infants, children and adults, as well as water/drowning rescue principles, and how to respond to an opioid emergency. At the in-person workshop you will have the opportunity to practice your skills on mannequins. Keeping your baby's sleep space at an ideal temperature 🌡️ is important for their safety 🛟. Overheating at night is a known risk factor for SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).
👶Babies, especially those under 3 months old, cannot yet fully regulate their body temperature 🌡️. It is our responsibility to dress them appropriately and keep the room at a safe temperature for their sleep.

Oh the beloved “lovie” - is there anything sweeter 🥰 than a baby snuggled up with their favorite blanket or stuffed animal 🧸 as they sleep? Having a comfort item with your baby while they sleep can be such a great help when building healthy sleep habits! But when is it safe 🤔?
We recommend waiting until your baby is 1 year old before allowing them to snuggle up with their favorite lovie while they sleep. Make sure that it doesn’t have any small parts or pieces that could become choking hazards, and also make sure that it isn’t too big to become a suffocation hazard.
💡 Bonus tip - once they become attached to an item, if you can, buy an extra one or two. You’ll thank me later 👍!
