Sorry I have been gone so long. I do Apologize. My Mother past away and then my father past away and then 3 more family members had past withing a 4 month time frame. I am just as human as everyone else. I needed a break.
Funny thing... I had to "teach" my "crisis" Counselor my techniques before she could help me. I have a new one now. Yes. I have a counselor, because I believe every GOOD Therapist has a therapist.

I have started doing revies about this new thing I had seen about a 7 minute video backed by a Neuroscientist and NASA.
