We're excited to welcome Brooke DeWeese, PA-C, to our team at Health Solutions Family Medicine at Perry Hall!

Brooke is a licensed physician assistant specializing in family medicine who grew up in Pueblo, Colorado. After attending Pueblo County High School and Colorado State University-Pueblo, she earned her physician assistant degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Upon graduating in 2012, Brooke eagerly returned to her hometown to begin caring for patients in her community.

With more than 13 years of experience in family medicine, Brooke remains committed to continuing her medical education, staying current with the latest medical advancements, and providing high-quality, up-to-date care. She has a genuine passion for family medicine and is motivated by the opportunity to care for patients of all ages.

Coffee Chat is a community-based group program offered in partnership with Health Solutions to support individuals impacted by the Aspen Acres Fire. In a relaxed, welcoming setting, community members can gather over coffee to share experiences, process emotions, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand what they are going through. Facilitated by behavioral health professionals, Coffee Chat is designed to promote healing, resilience, and community connection following the fire.

Our team joined the Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council's annual conference to explore how we can respond to growing community needs with collaboration and care.

During the conference, we were honored to be nominated for the conference's Golden Lightbulb and Golden Abacus Awards. Our Youth Empowerment Program, Business Intelligence, and Electronic Health Record teams were all recognized for their innovation.
