🚴‍♀️💙 The YMCA of Pueblo was proud to support the incredible riders of Texas 4000 as they passed through our community on their inspiring cross-country journey.

Thanks to the generosity of Sam’s Club, El Pampano, and our YMCA team, we were able to provide these dedicated cyclists with a place to stay, enjoy a meal, take a hot shower, do laundry, and recharge before continuing their ride.

At the YMCA, we believe in strengthening our community by supporting people who are working to make a positive difference in the lives of others. It was an honor to open our doors and help these riders as they continue their mission.

A special thank you goes out to Sam’s Club, El Pampano, and everyone who contributed to making their stay comfortable and welcoming. Your generosity helped show these travelers the kindness and hospitality that make Pueblo such a special community.

To the Texas 4000 riders, thank you for your dedication, perseverance, and commitment to a cause greater than yourselves. We wish you safe travels, favorable winds, and success throughout the rest of your journey. We are grateful to have been a small part of your story.

Parents, are you ready for a night out? Let us handle the fun while you enjoy a well-deserved evening to yourself!

Children ages 3–12 will spend the evening making memories with friends while enjoying swimming, Lifeguard Tag, Summer Sun Catcher crafts, games, and a dinner of hot dogs, chips, and watermelon. Our caring YMCA staff will provide a safe, supervised environment where kids can stay active, be creative, and have a blast.

Whether you're planning a date night, catching up on errands, or simply taking time to recharge, Parents Night Out is an affordable and trusted childcare option designed with families in mind.

☀️💙 What a fantastic day at Belmont Elementary’s Field Day! 💙☀️

The YMCA of Pueblo was proud to be part of a day filled with laughter, teamwork, and community spirit! Students enjoyed exciting water games, relay races, tug-of-war competitions, parachute activities, music, and plenty of opportunities to stay active while having fun.

Our team loved connecting with families, sharing information about upcoming YMCA summer programs, and showing how we continue to create opportunities for youth to learn, grow, and thrive both in and out of school.

A huge thank you to the staff, students, parents, and volunteers who helped make this event such a success. We can’t wait to see many of these smiling faces this summer at the Y!

Behind every amazing summer is an incredible team preparing to create unforgettable experiences for our campers 💙

Our YMCA Day Camp staff is officially training, planning, and getting ready for 9 weeks of adventure, learning, friendship, and FUN at Summer Adventure Day Camp! 🌲🎉

From safety training and team building to planning swimming activities, STEM projects, crafts, gym games, and outdoor adventures — our staff is working hard to make this the BEST summer yet for every child.

✨ 20 YEARS OF IMPACT ✨

This week, we had the privilege of celebrating an incredible milestone for one of our longtime YMCA family members — Vicki’s 20-Year Anniversary with the YMCA of Pueblo! 💙💛

For two decades, Vicki has brought energy, passion, encouragement, and dedication into every class she teaches. From Tabata HIIT to Strength Conditioning, she continues to inspire members to push themselves, grow stronger, and show up for their health and wellness week after week. 💪

What makes this celebration even more special is the amazing community that has formed around her classes. Her regulars are some of the most consistent, supportive, and hardworking people around — proving that fitness is about so much more than exercise. It’s about connection, encouragement, accountability, and belonging.

Last night, we surprised Vicki during class with flowers, gifts, and heartfelt messages from the people whose lives she has impacted over the years. The room was filled with gratitude, laughter, and so much love.

Vicki, thank you for 20 years of making our YMCA stronger. We are beyond grateful to have someone so wonderful, inspiring, and caring as part of our team and our community. Here’s to many more years of changing lives and building a healthier Pueblo together! 🎉
