Every birthday begins a new chapter.

Relationships can reveal parts of ourselves we might never discover alone.

When two people come together, two unique energetic and astrological patterns come together too.

This is what makes Synastry so fascinating.

I know it can feel that way sometimes.

You look around and wonder why everyone else seems to know where they are going while you're still trying to find your way.

But your path was never meant to look like someone else's.

There are seasons for moving forward.
There are seasons for pausing.
There are seasons when everything seems uncertain because something within you is changing.

Don't mistake the pause for failure.

Don't mistake uncertainty for being lost.

And don't let someone else's timeline convince you that you're late.

What is meant for you doesn't require you to abandon yourself to reach it.

That voice inside your head can become so familiar that you don't even realize how often you're listening to it.

The inner critic can question your decisions, compare you to others, remind you of past mistakes, or convince you that you need to be different before you're worthy of feeling at peace.

But a thought is not automatically a truth.

One of the first steps toward changing these patterns is simply becoming aware of them.

Instead of immediately believing the thought, pause.

Take a breath.

Notice what is happening inside you.

What are you actually feeling?
What are you afraid might happen?
Is this your truth, or is this an old pattern speaking?

You don't have to fight yourself into becoming someone new.
