InStill is committed to cultivating a mindful world for all. Our mission is to cultivate kindness, compassion, and caring through education, action, and community. Our Core Principle is Connection—with heart, mind, self, synapses, nature, and community. Our Values include:
Gratitude: We value gratitude in our own lives, and offer it freely. Self-care: We value self-care in our own lives, and aim t

o instill it in those around us. Awareness: We value the development of our own awareness, and provide tools to help others develop it in themselves. Redefine the mind: We value how mindfulness has changed our relationship with our mind, and foster it in others. Simplicity: We value simplicity as an antidote to chaos. Adaptability: We value adaptability, and welcome change rather than resist it. Walk the Walk: We value authenticity, and only aim to ‘preach’ what we actually practice. Acceptance: We value the equanimity gained through acceptance, and try to meet people where they are.

🎉Only 15 days until we celebrate 10 years of InStill Mindfulness!🎉

For the past 10 years, we’ve been honored to walk alongside an incredible community dedicated to contemplative practice, meaningful connection, and compassion in action. Together, we’ve created spaces for growth, belonging, and hope.

This milestone is a celebration of all we’ve learned, shared, and built together. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

✨What are you looking forward to most at our 10-Year Anniversary Celebration? Tell us in the comments!

Creative Expressions provides a welcoming space where community members can connect, create, and express themselves through meaningful projects. This week, participants focused on themes of hope, harm reduction, remembrance, resilience, recovery, and overdose prevention. The collages made this past Monday are just a few of the powerful pieces created and will be displayed at our International Overdose Awareness Day event on August 31st.

📖International Overdose Awareness Day was first established in 2001 by Sally J. Finn while working with The Salvation Army in St. Kilda, Melbourne, Australia. Today, the global campaign is coordinated by the Penington Institute and unites communities around the world in honoring lives lost to overdose, acknowledging the grief of family and friends, reducing stigma, and advocating for evidence-based solutions that save lives.

💜You will notice the color purple throughout these creations, a symbol of International Overdose Awareness Day and a reminder that compassion, connection, and community matter.

Join us on August 31st as we come together to remember, learn, support one another, and be reminded that every life matters.
