The Diabetes Fitness Program started yesterday! The program is open to join at any time. If you are not able to join the 12:00 class on Mondays and Thursdays there is a home exercise plan available that you can do at anytime anywhere. There is also a discount on Personal Training that we can work to fit into your schedule.
