💃🕺 Come Move With Us! 💃🕺
Movement is so important as we age—and it should be FUN! ❤️
Bishop Place Senior Living is excited to welcome our residents, families, friends, and the Pullman community to our Dance for Parkinson’s+ Series with Hannah Turner!
Dance and movement can help older adults:
✨ Improve balance and coordination- reduce falls
✨ Build strength and flexibility
✨ Support confidence and independence
✨ Get the body moving in a fun, enjoyable way
✨ Reduce isolation and create meaningful social connection
✨ Boost mood and overall well-being
And the best part? You don't have to be a dancer! Classes are designed to be accessible for a variety of abilities and can be done seated or standing.
📅 Mondays in September: September 7, 14, 21 & 28
⏰ 1:00–2:00 PM
📍 Bishop Place Senior Living – AL Activity Room
💚 Bishop Place residents attend FREE!
Everyone in our community is welcome, with a suggested $10 donation for outside participants.
Bring a friend, family member, caregiver—or just yourself—and come enjoy the benefits of movement, music, and connection!
Let's keep moving, keep connecting, and keep having fun together! 💃🕺❤️
Classes are brought to Bishop Place by Moscow Contemporary and support from Stepping Stones, Inc.
