As most of you have heard by now, Dr. Stever has retired after several years of dedicated service. While we will miss him dearly, we are enthusiastic about continuing to provide you exceptional care through our trusted team members.

We understand that transitions can be challenging and we are committed to make this transition as smooth as possible for you.

Candi Knox, CRNP will be continuing to provide care at our Indiana office at 1075 Indian Springs Road, Indiana PA 15701. Candi has over 12 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in the ob/gyn specialty. She has worked at Punxsutawney Area Hospital for 8 of those years.

Please call the office at 734.349.9560 to schedule an appointment. She sees patients in the Indiana office on Tuesday and Wednesday. She will continue to see patients in the Punxsutawney office as well.
