Carol Lenhart, RYT 500+, has 35 years of yoga practice and 12 years of therapeutically-based teaching experience. Please check this page each
Monday for updates on times and dates. We offer yoga instruction in a farm setting, and outdoor mountaintop classes are held in warm weather. Small classes and individualized instruction are offered by an experienced teacher with certifications in Prana Flow

, Therapeutic Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, and Aqua Yoga. All are welcome regardless of experience or fitness level. Focus is on breathing, moving, and being yourself. Class styles vary, and all are multilevel. Those with injuries and or disabilities are welcome to practice with us. Yoga is beyond the mere physical, and if you have a body and are breathing you can practice and benefit from yoga! Bring your mat and your sense of humor - ��
