Our systems are currently down, but we are still OPEN and seeing patients today!

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as check-in and check-out procedures may look a little different than usual while we work through this issue.

📞 Our phones are still working; however, we are currently unable to schedule appointments through our system. If you call to schedule, we will gladly take your name and phone number and return your call as soon as our scheduling system is back online.
