United Wound Healing is investing in the next generation of skin and wound specialists through our Wound Medicine & Dermatology Fellowship—a 12-month, full-time, paid post-graduate fellowship designed for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates ready to build advanced expertise.

Fellows gain hands-on experience and specialized education in wound management, dermatology, limb preservation, and lymphedema management, while caring for medically complex patients in skilled nursing, post-acute, and home-based settings. The program also includes structured mentorship from specialists across wound care, dermatology, podiatry, vascular surgery, and infectious disease, plus opportunities to participate in research.

This is more than a fellowship. It’s an opportunity to become the kind of provider who can change the trajectory of a patient’s healing.
