I’ve been a little quiet here on Facebook lately. šŸ¤

Transitioning back into the school year, soccer season, and everything that comes with the last stretch of summer—yellow jacket stings, car maintenance, shifting routines, and even the recent planetary changes and moon phases—has had me swirling a bit, while also reminding me to find ways to anchor.

And, as always, I find so much of that grounding in this work.

Thank you for continuing to keep my schedule busy and for trusting me to hold space for you. I’m incredibly grateful that part of my workday means stepping into a dark, quiet room, turning on beautiful music, slowing things down, and helping another person find a little more ease in their body.

Sometimes I think this work grounds me just as much as I hope it grounds the people on my table.

Today brings us into a new moon phase—a beautiful time to clear a little space, release what feels heavy or no longer needs our energy, and make room for positive things to come our way. šŸŒ‘āœØ

Today, I’m lighting a candle for all of us—to welcome positive energy, new possibilities, and whatever good may be finding its way toward us. šŸ•Æļø

May we clear a little space for what we’re ready to receive. šŸ¤

Life doesn’t always slow down for us. Sometimes we have to intentionally create the space to slow down within it.

Here’s to finding our anchors, making a little room, and staying open to what comes next.

Thank you for continuing to choose me as part of that space. šŸ¤

A little bit of massage & relaxation heading out into our community. šŸ¤šŸŒæ

I put together two raffle baskets, each including a 60-minute massage with me, along with a few little extras.

⛳ One will be heading to Team Harrison’s Annual Golf Outing on Friday, September 11th, helping support their efforts to raise funds for pediatric cancer support.

šŸ‘œ The other will be heading to Pride of Quakertown’s ā€œWhat’s in the Bag?ā€ Bingo on Sunday, September 27th, helping support their scholarship program, which gives local children opportunities to participate in extracurricular and enrichment activities.

I’m always happy when my work gives me an opportunity to give back in some small way. šŸ¤ I’m grateful to contribute to two organizations doing meaningful things for children and families in our community.

And, of course, I hope whoever takes these baskets home enjoys a little time set aside just for themselves. 🌿

Wishing both organizations successful events — and good luck to everyone attending!

I think Team Harrison’s Golf outing - the Registration is over, but i’ll posy the link for POQ’s event below in the comments!

At the end of this week, I’m feeling really grateful for the clients I work with. šŸ¤

Lately, I’ve received kind messages, beautiful words about my work, thoughtful reviews, and little gestures that have meant more to me than people probably realize.

A client shared a heart rock with me from The Heart Rock Guy, and the kind words attached to it were especially meaningful. I think we should all check out The Heart Rock Guy and put a little more of that kindness into the world. šŸ¤

I care deeply about the work I do and the people who trust me with their care. Life can leave me feeling pretty spread thin sometimes, and these sweet reminders that what I’m doing is felt and valued really help reinforce my belief in this work and why I continue to do it.

So, thank you—for trusting me, for sharing your experiences, for recommending me to others, and for the thoughtful words and gestures along the way. They matter. 🌿

I’m also very thankful for a weekend to recharge because that full moon on Thursday kind of zapped me. šŸ˜‚šŸŒ•

Interestingly, I was born during a new moon phase. šŸŒ‘ Astrologically, people born during a new moon are sometimes described as intuitive, inwardly sensitive, and particularly attuned to subtle shifts and new beginnings. Maybe there’s something to that. ✨

How did the Full Moon in Pisces treat you? šŸŒ•ā™“ļø

🌿 A gentle scheduling reminder

I’m doing my best to accommodate everyone who reaches out for an appointment, and I’m incredibly grateful to have so many of you choosing to spend part of your time with me. šŸ¤

At the moment, I am booking September 13th and beyond for appointments.

If you’re hoping to come in sooner, please feel free to reach out. I’m happy to add you to my cancellation/waitlist and will contact you if something opens up.

For my regular clients, I also encourage you to schedule ahead based on how often you prefer to be seen—whether that’s weekly, every few weeks, or monthly. Booking your next appointment (or a few appointments) in advance is the best way to make sure you have a time that works well for you.

I will always do my best to accommodate when I can, while also maintaining a schedule that allows me to give each person the thoughtful, unrushed care they deserve.

Thank you for keeping my little practice so well loved and supported. šŸŒæšŸ¤

🌿 A little unexpected Saturday availability

The weather changed my plans for tomorrow, and I had a cancellation open up a little extra space in my day.

I have two 60-minute massage appointments available tomorrow, Saturday:

šŸ¤ 11:15 AM
šŸ¤ 2:15 PM

If your body has been asking for a little care, rest, or reset, one of these spots is yours.

Send me a text at 215.535.1998 to schedule. 🌿

A little care for the person who does the caring. 🌿

Thank you to Rachel Shusterman of Greater Philly Community Acupuncture for my treatment yesterday here in Quakertown.

I value caring for myself quite a bit—not only because of the work I do, but because I believe we all function a little better when we have places where we can simply receive care for a while. You can sit with your acuouncture treatment for 20 minutes, an hour or maybe a little longer. I genuinely appreciate the quiet moment away from the kids and some restorative care… sorry if I snore a little 🤣🤣🤣.

One of the things I appreciate about community acupuncture is how accessible and easy it makes that kind of care. You can settle in, get comfortable, and let your body have some time to rest while the needles do their work. šŸ¤

For my local clients who have been curious about acupuncture, Rachel is currently offering community acupuncture in Quakertown every third Wednesday of the month, and she’ll likely be adding another monthly treatment day sometime this fall. She practices in other places within Bucks County other days of the week.

I’m always happy when I can share good local resources with the people I work with—and I’m especially happy to have this one right here in Quakertown.

Thank you for taking care of me, Rachel. 🌿

A little something for the week ahead. šŸ¤

It’s Monday.

Maybe you’re starting the week feeling rested and ready.

Maybe you’re already looking at the calendar wondering how everything is going to fit.

Or maybe you’re somewhere in between.

As both a mom and a massage therapist, I think a lot about how easy it is to spend our days caring, doing, working, and moving on to the next thing.

So whatever kind of week you’re walking into, I hope there are little pockets of ease waiting for you in it.

A meal you really enjoy.
A good conversation.
Five quiet minutes in the car.
A laugh you weren’t expecting.
A moment outside when the air feels just right.

Rest doesn’t always have to be something we earn after everything else is finished.

Sometimes it can simply be woven into the life we’re already living.

Here’s to finding a little of it this week. šŸ¤

Happy Monday, friends.

Thank you, neighbors! šŸ¤

I’ve noticed quite a few new faces following my page recently, and I just wanted to say welcome—and thank you for being here.

As a local massage therapist, so much of my practice has grown through word of mouth, community recommendations, and neighbors simply sharing my name with someone they think I might be able to help.

Every follow, share, recommendation, and appointment supports my little local practice more than you probably realize.

🌿 And a little thank-you to my existing clients for spreading the word:

When you refer a friend or family member to me, they’ll receive $10 off their first visit, and you’ll receive $10 off your next visit as my thank-you for spreading the good word.

There’s no limit to how many people you can refer—or how many referral rewards you can earn. šŸ¤

I’m grateful to be here, doing work I genuinely care about, for people right here in our community.

Thank you for following along and supporting local.

08/13/2026

One thing I've learned after almost 20 years of massage therapy is that people rarely walk into my treatment room carrying just a tight neck or a sore back.

We bring our whole lives with us into our bodies.

Work. Motherhood. Grief. Stress. Relationships. Change. The things we're excited about. The things we're worried about. And sometimes things we haven't quite found words for yet.

I think that's part of why I've never been very good at looking at someone as simply a collection of muscles that need to be fixed.

I'm curious about the person who lives in the body on my table.

Sometimes that means we talk and laugh through half the session. Sometimes we talk about life, spirituality, Chinese medicine or whatever has been on your mind.

And sometimes you don't want to say a single word.

Both are welcome. šŸ¤

I don't need to have all the answers. I just want to offer thoughtful, skilled care and a place where you can show up exactly as you are that day.

And apparently I've somehow made a career out of hanging out with wonderful humans in a dark room. šŸ˜‚

I'm pretty grateful for that.

08/12/2026

Sometimes the most meaningful things that happen in my treatment room have very little to do with muscles. šŸ¤

Recently, I shared the concept of the Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono during a conversation with someone I was working with.

Later, I learned that she had taken that idea into her own life and was gathering with someone she loves to create a personal ritual around a significant transition—honoring what had been, expressing gratitude, and preparing to let go.

That stayed with me.

There are so many things we carry through our lives—relationships, experiences, places, identities, versions of ourselves, and even parts of our own bodies.

Sometimes letting go deserves to be acknowledged.

So today, maybe you'd like to say these words with me:

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

May we have the courage to release what no longer serves us.

May we be grateful for what has carried us this far.

May we apologize where an apology is needed.

May we forgive ourselves and others when we're able.

And may we send a little more love toward the lives, people, places—and bodies—we touch along the way. šŸ¤
