What is your intentionality towards healing? Sometimes we just assume that of course, we want to heal. But it is beneficial to ask ourselves the tough question -am I afraid of fully healing this?
There are many reasons we may not subconsciously strive for healing. One is losing connection to something we lost, or maybe we are somewhat finding comfort or connection to others within our discomfort.
So many times we stay in the familiar pain because we know it so well, and are afraid of the unknown more than we crave wellness, healing, and further happiness.
It takes intentional work to heal, but doing nothing does not keep you where you are at. We are always moving, it is more about you taking the wheel and being the captain of your own ship instead of getting blown where the wind takes you.
Also remember- finding a cure for something doesn't always mean you are healed from it.
Healing requires some deep shifting in old programming, patterns, forgiveness, perspective, acceptance, and more.
You got this, take the leap and decide to be fully open to healing. Focus on moving forward more than the fear of letting go.
