A little sneak peek into a special moment of this entire construction journey. ✨ Part 1/2

After not seeing the space for a few weeks, Dr. Karanetz and I walked into our future office and were completely blown away by the progress. Seeing ideas, sketches, and dreams slowly transform into a real space has been an incredible experience.

Over the last several months, we’ve shared little pieces of this construction journey with you, and now it’s finally starting to feel real. Every wall, every detail, every room is coming together with one goal in mind: creating a beautiful, welcoming place where we can provide the highest level of care for our patients.

We still have a little more work ahead of us, but we’re getting closer every day, and we cannot wait to open our doors this August.

I often say that true wealth isn’t measured by what’s in your bank account; it’s measured by how excited you are to wake up and do what you love every day.

A body transformation!

This patient underwent a powerful combination of Lipo 360 and abdominoplasty scar revision, allowing us to address both excess fat and residual skin concerns from previous surgery.

In this case, we removed a total of 5,000 cc of fat — approximately 2,400 cc from the back and 2,600 cc from the abdomen and flanks. This is generally considered the upper limit of what can be safely removed during a liposuction procedure, making this a truly impactful body contouring case.

The addition of a scar revision allowed us to excise residual excess skin and improve abdominal tightness, further enhancing the final contour.

✨🦋 Age is never the limitation. Vision, planning, and artistry make all the difference. 🦋✨

This incredible patient who just hit her 60s had already achieved a major transformation through significant weight loss and previous body contouring procedures with other surgeons. While excess skin had been removed, she felt something was still missing. During our consultation, she shared something that stayed with me:

“The skin was removed, but the shape wasn’t created. I feel there was no artistry, I need somebody who sees plastic surgery as art”

Her primary concern was the appearance of her breasts. She suffered from a condition called pseudoptosis, where a significant amount of breast volume sits below the ni**le, particularly in the lower and outer portions of the breast. Even when the ni**le itself is positioned relatively well, the breast can still appear bottom-heavy and lack upper pole fullness.

Our goal was not simply to lift—it was to reshape.

We corrected the pseudoptosis, repositioned the areolas, and slightly enlarged them to create a more harmonious proportion with the breast. Using fat harvested from liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, we performed fat grafting to the upper and central portions of the breasts, restoring youthful fullness while maintaining a natural look and feel.

To further enhance her silhouette, we combined:
