The Day Center is the home base for many of PACE at Hudson Headwaters' services, including meals, social activities, physical and occupational therapy, personal care and more. PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides transportation to the Day Center, located at 38 Larose Street in Glens Falls, to all participants who need it. All Hudson Headwaters health centers will be closed on Labor Day—Monday, September 7—except our urgent care centers in Warrensburg and Glens Falls. Urgent care will be available at Health Center on Broad Street and Warrensburg Health Center from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., no appointment needed.
