A packed year of programming continues at the Stewart's Shops/Dake Family Teaching Kitchen at Salem Family Health! The next six months will feature more than 35 free nutrition education classes and drop-in sessions where you can learn about seasonal produce and preparation, simple, healthy recipes, how food impacts your hormones and much more. There are also two family-friendly classes this fall.
