“My neck ALWAYS hurts right here.”
“I have this knot under my shoulder blade that never goes away.”
“My hip feels like it needs to pop.”
“My arm goes numb when I sleep.”
“My headaches always start at the base of my skull.”
“My lower back only hurts when I stand or walk for too long.”
“My shoulder hurts… but only when I move it THIS way.”
👆 I want to hear THAT.
When you’re on my table, I’m not just asking, “Where does it hurt?” and rubbing the spot you point to.
I’m listening to how it hurts.
Where does it start?
Where does it travel?
What movement makes it happen?
Does it ache, burn, pull, tingle, pinch or feel stuck?
Because your answers give me clues about which muscles may actually be involved—and sometimes the place screaming the loudest isn’t where the problem started.
Tell me what your body has been doing.
Then let the muscle archeologist go to work. 🔎
