Emily works at our Cameron office, I agree with the Spence family that she goes above and beyond for all our patients. Emily is an amazing person and we’re so thankful to have her on our team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Emily at the front desk! She is truly amazing and consistently goes above and beyond for my family. Anytime I have a question, need help with paperwork, appointments, referrals, or anything involving my children’s care, she is always willing to help and makes sure things get taken care of.

She has been especially incredible throughout our EFMP process as our family prepares to PCS to Korea. Anyone who has gone through an overseas EFMP process knows how stressful and overwhelming it can be, and Ms. Emily has made such a difference for us. She has helped me navigate paperwork, answered countless questions, followed up when needed, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had what we needed to keep the process moving.

What stands out the most is that she never makes me feel like I am bothering her, no matter how many questions or requests I have. She is always kind, patient, professional, and willing to go that extra mile. As a parent, having someone like Ms. Emily at your children’s doctor’s office who genuinely cares about your family means more than she probably realizes.
