New cohort alert!

For those who work in the helping professions to learn how they may inadvertently cause harm to those they aspire to support. Through the lens of self-reflection participants will have the opportunity to begin the process of understanding how they have internalized the ideologies of the dominant culture and in turn function as agents of oppression. The course will allow for a more intimate self-awareness, which is essential to being anti-racist and an ally to marginalized groups.

Note: This class is not an intro level class. It is intended for learning who have a working knowledge of the tenets of privilege, power, and systemic oppression.
